Email Survey, Internet Survey Software and Web Survey

SurveyTracker provides full support for both email survey and web survey software. An email survey is sent through your corporate e-mail system so respondents can access the survey and respond internally. Your online survey can also be facilitated via Internet, Extranet, and Intranet. For this type of online survey, respondents will visit an external web page to respond.

E-mail customer satisfaction surveys can distribute a web survey over the Internet as either plain text message (Text-based survey), as part of a separate program attachment (Form-based survey), or as a web page embedded in the e-mail message (HTML-based survey). After a survey is completed, responses are imported back into SurveyTracker. Our survey software will work with just about any e-mail system including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Eudora Outlook, Novell GroupWise, and Lotus Notes. Form-Based customer satisfaction surveys also support One-Button Response, so your online customer satisfaction survey can be easily facilitated by the survey administrator.

SurveyTracker E-Mail/Web survey software generates powerful Web surveys for placement on a company's internet server. Responses are collected and sent back via e-mail or stored on the server for retrieval later. Both Unix and Windows Web servers are supported.

And with SurveyTracker, web surveys can be customized to reflect your organization’s identity.
