    Senior Level Software Developer

    Training Technologies is currently looking for a Senior Level Software Programmer who must have experience writing in a Windows platform. Individuals should have experience working with SQL databases like Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle, and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (C# and ASP.NET). We are looking for a self-motivated individual who produces high quality results in a timely manner and needs limited supervision.

    This is a full-time, salaried position. Full-time employees have an exceptional benefits package including co-pay for health and dental.

    Required Experience

    • Visual Studio .NET (C# and ASP.NET)
    • MS SQL Server and/or Oracle Database Design and Development
    • T-SQL and/or PL-SQL
    • Developing n-Tier Database Applications
    • Object Oriented Design
    • GUI Development
    • XML, HTML, JavaScript, VB Script, CSS

    Desired, but not Required Experience

    • Borland Delphi
    • Firebird/Interbase Database
    • Statistical Tools Development
    • ISAPI Development
    • AJAX Development
    • Installation Development

    Tech Support / HelpDesk

    Training Technologies is looking for an energetic individual to provide immediate resolution to Help Desk service requests from clients within a timely manner and to demonstrate technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills.

    Major functions of the position include:

    • Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail, etc.
    • Provide technical support using strong problem solving abilities
    • Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints and formulate resolution
    • Utilize all technical resources to solve customer problems
    • Document and record problem/solution in a database for future reference
    • Testing of proprietary software applications

    Requirements of the position. Must be:

    • Familiar with Windows 2000, XP and Vista operating systems
    • Familiar with MAPI and VIM E-Mail Systems
    • Familiar with Web Surveys and Posting files (or willing to learn)
    • Understand Perl, ASP scripts; Cold Fusion a Plus.
    • Familiar with Adobe Acrobat
    • Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Office Products
    • Motivated
    • Fast Learner
    • Ability to Problem Solve and enjoy seeking a resolution to a customer’s problem

    Additional responsibilities can include:

    • Testing of the SurveyTracker software product for new version releases.
    • Conduct Webinar sessions for potential customers to demonstrate the product
    • Assist with workshop training sessions: setup, etc.

    Account Executive

    Training Technologies, Inc is currently seeking an energetic Account Executive to market their survey software products and services in their Lebanon, OH office.

    • This is an inside sales position. Mainly establish client contact via phone and e-mail.
    • Very little travel required. Travel that may occur would be to tradeshows in major U.S. cities periodically or to visit local customers.
    • Many of the leads are provided either by companies who expressed interest in our products or services via our website, followup with past customers, or by cold calling.
    • Training on SurveyTracker software is provided.
    • Work in a friendly, team-oriented, casual work environment.
    • Office conveniently located between Cincinnati and Dayton in Lebanon, OH
