    Survey Services Coordinator

    Training Technologies, Inc. (TTI) is a Web-based survey software development and service company located in Lebanon, Ohio (halfway between Dayton and Cincinnati, OH.) TTI offers their proprietary software, SurveyTracker, to organizations that are gathering feedback from their customers—either internal or external. TTI also offers a full survey services department that administers surveys for organizations who wish to outsource their survey projects instead of doing the survey themselves in-house.

    The Survey Services Coordinator is responsible for the execution of marketing research and survey projects. Projects are executed using our proprietary software, SurveyTracker, which follows the standardized methods of market research and gathering feedback.

    This person will work with clients to develop a survey or talk with them about their existing survey instrument and analysis plan, administer the surveys using SurveyTracker, communicate with the client to ensure the survey meets their needs, and prepare presentations and reports of the survey results.

    GENERAL DAILY TASKS
    • Provide quotes for survey service projects using a Microsoft Excel template and Word
    • Communicate with prospective customers reviewing quotations and project specifications with Account Managers via conference calls
    • Handle day-to-day coordination of individual survey projects, which includes design and implementation of the survey, data processing, audience management, and reports
    • Continually update the Survey Service Project Board
    • Track and maintain a Service Project Job folder for each individual project
    • Coordinate the project review and sign-off process with clients on each major phase of their project
    • Coordinate with suppliers to contract data entry and order scannable forms
    • Develop reports/presentations using SurveyTracker, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Reader software
    • Provide overall Quality Assurance on all service projects
    • Periodically Benchmark TTI Survey Software competitors
    • Periodically attend Trade Shows or onsite meetings with clients

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor degree, preferably with a major in Decision Sciences, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.

    POSITION
    This is a salaried, full-time position. TTI offers paid vacation, Health and Dental Co-pay.

    Senior Level Software Developer

    Training Technologies is currently looking for a Senior Level Software Programmer who must have experience writing in a Windows platform. Individuals should have experience working with SQL databases like Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle, and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (C# and ASP.NET). We are looking for a self-motivated individual who produces high quality results in a timely manner and needs limited supervision.

    This is a full-time, salaried position. Full-time employees have an exceptional benefits package including co-pay for health and dental.

    Software Trainer/Liaison

    Training Technologies, Inc. (TTI) is looking for an outgoing and eager individual to provide software training, partner liaison, and limited software customer support in our office in historical Lebanon, OH. (Located between Cincinnati and Dayton, OH.) Training is to be provided to attendees of workshops for our internally developed SurveyTracker software application. Training is done online via Webinars or in-house at our training facility (with occasional travel opportunities to client locations). The job offers the flexibility to modify and expand existing training methods and presentations.

    Major functions of the position include:

    • Conduct online webinar software training for customers.
    • Conduct in-house training for customers in our training facility.
    • Conduct Webinar sessions for potential customers to demonstrate the product.
    • Act as a primary liaison with one of our national resellers.
    • Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail, etc.
    • Work with documentation writer to enhance and/or improve training materials.

    Requirements of the position. Must be:

    • Friendly, outgoing personality. Must enjoy communicating with customers and partners.

    Account Executive

    Training Technologies, Inc is currently seeking an energetic Account Executive to market their survey software products and services in their Lebanon, OH office.

    • This is an inside sales position. Mainly establish client contact via phone and e-mail.
    • Very little travel required. Travel that may occur would be to tradeshows in major U.S. cities periodically or to visit local customers.
    • Many of the leads are provided either by companies who expressed interest in our products or services via our website, followup with past customers, or by cold calling.
