New release of SurveyTracker E-Mail/Web survey software automates the necessary task of gathering feedback.

Thanks to Training Technologies’ new 5.0 version of SurveyTracker E-Mail/Web survey software, organizations gain the power they need to create surveys and questionnaires that deliver actionable results and gather valuable feedback from customers and employees. SurveyTracker’s newest features automate the process to the point where even people who have never done a web survey before can get a survey online with ease.

From feedback gathered from our customers, one of the most anticipated features of the newly released version 5.0 of SurveyTracker E-Mail/Web is the new web survey auto-host service. Auto-hosting a web survey on SurveyTracker's web server is a quick way to put a survey online without involving your own organization's IT department or outside service provider. With Auto-Host, you simply set up your survey in SurveyTracker and select Auto-Host to access the SurveyTracker server at surveytracker.net. Then, for a nominal fee, you upload your survey directly through SurveyTracker and the survey will go online immediately. It's completely automated and secure. Of course, all the standard distribution methods that make SurveyTracker such a versatile tool for distributing surveys, including web surveys posted on an organization’s website, are still supported."

New Survey and Style Libraries are another major enhancement to SurveyTracker 5.0. Libraries store pre-loaded templates and content created by the user.The Style Library includes a wide variety of color and layout templates that can be applied to a user’s survey in order to reduce the survey design time. The Survey Library includes over 100 free surveys that can be used as-is or modified to fit the user’s need. The surveys are divided into categories that include the most common types of surveys, such as Customer Satisfaction, Satisfaction surveys, Employee Surveys, Training, Market Research, Educational surveys, and more. These surveys, which have been developed by experts in their fields, are now being offered at no cost with SurveyTracker.

The Question, Message and Image Libraries have been enhanced for easier use. The various SurveyTracker Libraries combine to dramatically decrease the development cycle of a survey and allow the user to distribute a survey that much faster.

Additional new and enhanced features in SurveyTracker 5.0 include:

  • New Wizard interfaces that guide the user effortlessly through the tasks of creating a survey to developing reports from the results.
  • The flexibility to distribute your survey using a combination of up to nine different methods, including web surveys with optional auto-host capability, e-mail, and paper.
  • Ability to export surveys and reports to industry-standard PDF files in order to e-mail or distribute the survey or the reports to management, employees, etc.
  • Enhanced survey design features such as support for up to 6 scales per question with 300 scale choices, Skip and Hit patterns, Response Piping, N/A Responses, Response Validation, image support, and more.
  • Audience List with support for up to 300 fields.
  • Extensive Filtering and Sorting capabilities in order to pinpoint the exact data the user wants to see in their reports.
  • Import and Export capabilities with compatible programs such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and SPSS.
  • Extensive and powerful reports with Tables and Graphs that can be customized. Includes new graph and Real Time reports for web surveys.

Back in the late 1980’s the only way an organization could do a survey was to either hire an expensive market research firm to do a survey for them or juggle several software products and import and export data to create a survey, distribute the survey and then create reports—not to mention all of the steps in between.
