SurveyTracker provides unlimited analyses through numerous If/Then filters or through auto-filtration.
Filters can be based on:
- All Data
- All data from a specific distribution
- Responses to questions in the survey.
- Audience list criteria when the data is linked back to the respondents.
- Normative data established in the Data Collection screen.
For example, you can set up a filter so that reports show only response from everyone who answered "Strongly Agree" to a specific question. Or you could establish a filter
that shows everyone who responded "Strongly Agree" to the same question but who are also from the Accounting Department.
There are no limits to the number of criteria you can have in each filter!
Global Filters can be created and data filters can be assigned to them. Once used in a report, a Global Filter displays that assigned filter. By simply
changing the assigned filter, all tables and graphs that use the global filter automatically change to reflect the new data. This
saves a lot of time when created detailed reports that need new filters assigned on a regular basis.
