The audience list contains your list of people you want to survey. The audience list, however, is much more than
just a respondent list.
With the audience list, you can:
- Create new members manually or import them from a text file or from your e-mail address book.
- Store up to 200 fields of unique information for each respondent.
- Display the list in a spreadsheet or database entry format.
- Sort and filter the list using numerous criteria.
- Send e-mail surveys or invitation e-mail messages to web surveys directly to each member.
- Link responses back to the audience list and create report filters that display data based on criteria in your list (such as all data
from people in a specific department, state, etc.)
- Track who has - and who has not - responded to the survey and send reminders via e-mail.
