The Data collection screen scans forms, reads in Survey-by-Disk surveys, and offers spreadsheet-style manual response entry for
non-scannable paper-based surveys.
Some of the great features of the data collection screen include:
- A spreadsheet-style interface makes it easy for rapid data entry people to enter information quickly.
- Write-In questions can be coded for quantitative data analysis or printed out verbatim in a
report. Each write-in question's Code Book can have up to 300 codes per question and each question can be
defined as single response or multiple response for multiple code entry.
- Response dates are stored so a record of who has - and has not - responded can be displayed and reminder invitations or e-mail surveys can be sent out.
- Normative response data that can be used in reports as a standard filter. Normative data is often based on industry trends
or response data from older surveys for which you only have statistics but not a full dataset.
