Maintain Audience Lists of Potential Respondents
SurveyTracker supports an Audience List of potential respondents to your survey. The audience list lets you link responses back to the person who
replied.
With the audience list, you can:
- Create new members manually or import them from a file or e-mail address book.
- Store up to 200 fields of unique information for each respondent.
- Display the list in a spreadsheet or database entry format.
- Sort and filter the list using numerous criteria.
- Place known information (such as Location, Department, or Age) in the list so you don't have to ask the respondent for this information.
- Create report filters that display data based on criteria in your list (such as all data
from people in a specific department, state, etc.)
- Track who has - and who has not - responded to the survey.
