Working with both Cognition and SurveyTracker Plus, your organization, with the optional assistance of a Scantron technical representative, will be ready to scan
forms and create reports in no time. Cognition lets you collect single and multiple response data, write-in image clips, and hand-print data and then SurveyTracker
Plus takes over, allowing you import the data and generate comprehensive reports.
Importing the Cognition data into SurveyTracker Plus couldn’t be easier. Simply select the Cognition database and and the import process is automatic. If you
collect more data later, you can easily continue to import it without replicating any responses. Best of all, once imported, SurveyTracker remembers the previously
used settings, streamlining the data import process.
After the data is imported, it’s easy to quickly create reports that showcase the data you have scanned. The Report Wizard allows you to create a blank report or
pick a report template, complete with pre-created table layouts and settings. You can also select a report used in an earlier project. As you scan more data, your
reports update automatically.
