promotes participation in course evaluation surveys, trade show evaluations, employee surveys, and any other survey on a group of people at a single location!
The Responder Add-On Component employs the Scantron Engage Response System which is a wireless hand-held question and answer device. The responder is easy to
use for both the survey administrator and the survey taker. Deploying a simple wireless receiver and question/answer database, each Responder
receives questions over the wireless network, the respondent keys in his or her response, and that response is automatically transmitted back
through the receiver and stored in a special database.
Designing a custom Responder survey in SurveyTracker is easy. The customized interface is designed specifically to allow you to create a survey
tailored to the responder’s strengths. Create new questions using single response, Yes/No, or True/False scales or utilize the Question Library to
add complete questions. The Question Library contains pre-written questions and questions you or a colleague added to the database.
The Engage Response System uses a simple USB-enabled wireless network, so all you have to do is plug the receiver into the SurveyTracker computer
and you are up and running. SurveyTracker seamlessly integrates with the responder software, database, and receiver, allowing you to easily
distribute the survey to the Responders.
As people respond to the surveys, their responses are automatically added to the responder database. In a few simple steps, that data is quickly
read into SurveyTracker where you can deploy the powerful reporting system which ensures that your Responder survey data results in powerful tables
and graphs.
