E-Mail Surveys reach your intended audience directly and offer a unique yet familiar Windows-based interface to make
it simple for anyone to respond quickly!
SurveyTracker works directly with your computer's e-mail system to send out the survey and the necessary viewer files
to display the survey. The respondent launches the executable file from their e-mail platform, responds, and submits
the responses. The response data is then sent back to a pre-defined e-mail address.

Form-Based E-Mail surveys work with the following e-mail systems:
- MAPI-based e-mail software such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Novell GroupWise, and Qualcomm Eudora
- Lotus Notes
- SMTP server
Additional features:
- Define Skip/Hit patterns.
- Personalize the survey with mail merge tags containing information from your Audience List.
- Create multi-page surveys.
- Randomize Questions.
- Define fonts, font colors, background colors, etc. The survey looks the same as it does in survey design.
- Place images and logos anywhere on the page or in the header/footer of each screen.
- Add Save and Resume capabilities so respondents can continue the survey at a later time.
- Add a Print Responses option to the survey.
- Add a Percent Complete progress meter at the bottom of each page.
