Text-Based E-Mail Surveys reach your intended audience directly in a standard text-only interface that is universally
compatible with all e-mail software!
Text-Based E-Mail surveys work in the following versions of SurveyTracker:
SurveyTracker works directly with your computer's e-mail system to send out the survey. The respondent simply responds
to the message and enters his or her responses directly into the text form. The response data is then sent back to
the original sender's e-mail address. You may personalize the survey with mail merge tags containing information
from your Audience List.
Text-Based E-Mail surveys work with the following e-mail systems:
- MAPI-based e-mail software such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Novell GroupWise, and Qualcomm Eudora
- Lotus Notes
