SurveyTracker works directly with your computer's e-mail system to send out the survey in HTML format.
Any respondent with an e-mail program capable of displaying HTML can open and respond to the survey.
The response data is then sent back to a pre-defined e-mail address.
HTML-Based E-Mail surveys are sent through your SMTP server.
Additional features:
- Personalize the survey with mail merge tags containing information from your Audience List.
- Define fonts, font colors, background colors, etc. The survey has a simplified appearance as compared to the survey design screen.
- Define custom Welcome and Thank You pages.
