SurveyTracker Survey Software: The Desktop Solution

SurveyTracker is our desktop software application that runs on your PC and allows you to create, distribute surveys, collect responses, and report the results. SurveyTracker handles any type of survey you may want to conduct from simple opinion polls, customer satisfaction surveys, 360° Feedback, job task analysis, product awareness, supplier evaluations, and so much more.

The SurveyTracker line of survey software consists of five versions: SurveyTracker Classic, SurveyTracker E-Mail/Web, SurveyTracker Plus, SurveyTracker Plus E-Mail/Web, and SurveyTracker Network. The versions differ in how surveys are distributed and responses collected – they all share same core capabilities.

The various versions of the software can distribute surveys over the Web, two types of e-mail, Survey-by-Disk, network, kiosk, non-scannable paper, and scannable paper form (depending on the version purchased). iFeedback Online: The Online Survey Solution

Training Technologies also offers iFeedback Online, an online survey service tool that is designed to conduct any type of survey or evaluation you need. There is no software to install; everything is done directly online through Microsoft Internet Explorer.

iFeedback Online is so versatile and powerful that you'll see a dramatic increase in overall productivity. 360° assessments, help desk evaluations, opinion polls, job task analysis, and any other type of survey can be conducted by a single survey administrator.

Real-Time reporting capabilities are provided so you can review your results as they become available AND optionally display the results to the respondents. This data can be based on summary results of all data or on detailed breakdowns of EACH respondent. The option for total confidentiality is also available.
