Web surveys are available in both SurveyTracker, our desktop application, and through iFeedback Online, our web survey service.

SurveyTracker E-Mail/Web and SurveyTracker Plus E-Mail/Web allow you to develop and layout a web survey on your desktop computer. The versatility of the layout includes custom horizontal grids, graphics, multi-page surveys, specialized color settings, fonts, skip & hit, and much more. SurveyTracker's web surveys are fully functional with most popular web servers including Apache for Unix/Linux and Microsoft Internet Information Server. Responses are sent back to you via e-mail or they are collected on the server - both methods offer automatic data entry into SurveyTracker.

SurveyTracker E-Mail/Web and SurveyTracker Plus E-Mail/Web offer full support for e-mail surveys. Both packages provide you with the option of sending either plain text e-mail surveys that are compatible with all e-mail platforms or Windows Form-Based surveys that arrive as an e-mail attachment. These two options provide you with the ability to target the specific audience members with just the right type of e-mail survey.

Form-Based e-mail surveys can be created using any type of question or scale you need and they offer additional layout features not available in other e-mail methods. The versatility of the layout provides the freedom to add your logo or other graphic, skip & hit patterns, font and color settings, and multi-page surveys. Perfect for Windows-based respondents.

Text-Based e-mail surveys can also be created using any type of question or scale you need but require no additional layout. This ensures maximum compatibility with all respondent e-mail software.

SurveyTracker works directly with your computer's e-mail system to send out the surveys. All you need to do is define your respondents and the survey will be sent directly to them. You can even apply filters to selectively send surveys and track who has and has not responded. Reminder notices and thank you message can be sent after the survey to keep in touch with the respondents.

Survey invitations sent via e-mail provide a link back to an online survey placed on the Web. This method offers the key benefit of utilizing the web environment and small, highly compatible e-mail messages that optionally help you track respondents.
