Training Technologies offers personalized one-on-one or small group training at our office in Cincinnati, Ohio. The training provides custom instruction on the use of SurveyTracker and can center around the attendee's specific needs or general training.

With Training Technologies one-on-one training, trainees will learn from the experts how SurveyTracker helps their organization develop the exact surveys they need to gather important information. Our trainers are professionals who are intimately familiar with our products and they will personally work with trainees on a one-to-one basis.

Following the training, you will have the opportunity to let us know how well our trainers did!

Bring any survey you are presently working on and our technical experts will help you with any questions you may have or help you get started. We supply a SurveyTracker workbook to assist in the training.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of a scheduled training session, either in full or as a reduction of the number of participants by more than 50% of the original scheduled class size, will result in a refund of prepaid fees as follows:

• 80% refund for cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to training.
• 50% refund for cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to training.
• 0% refund for cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to training.

If facility fees are nonrefundable or any financial obligations undertaken by TTI are non-cancelable or carry a cancellation penalty, such amounts will also be deducted from any refund.
