That's not always easy to do; sometimes these training courses are just plain boring. She also laughed at my jokes in class, even though they were not funny. The lighting was good. I can't stand fluorescent lights. Incandescent bulbs create a much nicer ambiance. The big screen at the front of the room was a good teaching aid."

"After training on the first day, the instructor sat with us for about 45 minutes to answer detailed questions on filter. That hand's on attention has been the most valuable part of training, especially as it addressed concerns we had about implementing e-mail survey -- specifically trying to maintain anonymity while still being able to track who has not responded to the survey. Also, the review of filters was helpful for us to see how we can include our reporting hierarchy as part of our survey. Both trainers were very friendly, patient and helpful with our many questions and were very receptive to feedback. They also checked in with the programmers questions they couldn't answer and followed-up with us right away."
