  SurveyTracker Two-Day In-House Workshop

SurveyTracker Classic users welcome.

Training Technologies offers a two-day workshop for anyone who is presently developing a survey, administering a survey or even thinking about doing a survey using SurveyTracker E-Mail/Web software. The two-day workshop is an introductory class that will familiarize attendees with SurveyTracker, including creating their surveys, developing an audience list, distributing a survey via the web, e-mail, and other methods, reporting, and all other common operations.

With Training Technologies scheduled in-house training, you’ll learn from the experts how SurveyTracker helps you create the best, most professional survey project your organization has ever seen. Our trainers are professionals who are intimately familiar with our products and they will provide time on the second day to work with trainees on a one-to-one basis.

Who will benefit from this workshop:

Anyone in an organization that is conducting, or planning to conduct, a survey, assessment, or audit using scannable forms or any of the other supported distribution methods.

For the opportunity to explore and learn SurveyTracker's variety of features in a hands-on environment with technical support.

The First Session:

The first session covers how to use SurveyTracker from survey design, the audience list, and distribution. Each attendee will be working at his or her own computer station. The attendees learn how to use SurveyTracker for optimum results.

Training times are scheduled for Up to 8 hours on the first day but may fluctuate from 6 to 8 hours depending on questions and individual participation in class.

The Second Session:

The second session completes distribution and then covers analysis and reporting. Following these topics, attendees may participate in a hands-on lab where they can work on their own surveys or assessments. Trainers will assist attendees to make sure they can apply the information they learned.

Training times are scheduled for up to 8 hours on the second day but the core curricium is usually complete by 1:00 PM. The remainder of the time is spent in lab where attendees may work on their own projects and receive one-on-one tutelage.

What to bring with you to the Workshop:

Bring any survey you are presently working on and our technical experts will help you with any questions you may have or help you get started. We supply a SurveyTracker workbook to assist in the training.

When are workshops held:

Workshops are held for two days during certain months. See the workshop and training schedule for more information. The schedule is based on anticipated customer demand. Training and workshops may be added or cancelled based on actual enrollment.

TTI TechCenter located in Lebanon, Ohio (between Cincinnati and Dayton).

  • Registration is not considered complete until we have received your payment and the registration is confirmed.

    Scheduling Policy:

    We strongly encourage you to schedule training at the time of purchase or within a short timeframe following purchase.

    Training must be scheduled within six months of the purchase of the software. If you delay training from the time of software purchase, your training may incur an upgrade fee if a full point release of software is released (e.g. ST5.3 to ST5.5) between your software purchase and training purchase. Training is provided ONLY on the current release of the software.

    Minor point release updates (e.g. 5.5.1.14 to 5.5.1.15) will not require an upgrade fee and we highly recommend you update to the latest release for training. You can perform this update via the SurveyTracker Updater located in Start -> All Programs -> TTI -> SurveyTracker Desktop/Network Client/Network Server.

    Rescheduling Policy:

    If you cannot attend training on the date scheduled, we will reschedule your training for the next available training session. Should that training session be full, we will do our best to schedule you for the next available session. The new training session must be within six months of the original purchase of SurveyTracker. All training sessions are based on the current release of SurveyTracker only; training on earlier releases is not supported. You may incur an upgrade fee if you reschedule and a new version of ST is released.

    If you need to reschedule within two weeks of training, such a rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation and you will have to pay for another training session.

    If you need to cancel completely, please refer to the cancellation policy.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellation of a scheduled training session, either in full or as a reduction of the number of participants by more than 50% of the original scheduled class size, will result in a refund of prepaid fees as follows:

    • 80% refund for cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to training.
    • 50% refund for cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to training.
    • 0% refund for cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to training.

    If facility fees are nonrefundable or any financial obligations undertaken by TTI are non-cancelable or carry a cancellation penalty, such amounts will also be deducted from any refund.
